This process requires additional time, but it ensures that each piece is created specifically for you and meets our highest standards before shipment.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Because our jewelry is custom-made, production begins only after the order has been successfully placed.

Loose Gemstones: 3–7 business days

Customized Jewelry: 10–20 business days

Fully Personalized Designs: 15–30 business days

Production times may vary depending on design complexity, gemstone availability, and seasonal demand.

Once your order is completed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
